Wallis Family Estate produces less than 1,000 cases per year of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Diamond Mountain District and St. Helena Appellations. We strive to ensure that our most loyal supporters are guaranteed an allocation of these award winning Cabernets through our wine club. The past 5 Napa Valley vintages have been remarkable and this is a great way to add a collection of Wallis wines to your cellar.
In 1975, Edward Wallis fell in love with the 85 acre property in Calistoga on Diamond Mountain Road, but it wasn't until 1997 that his interest turned to wine. He and his wife Marilyn planted 10 acres of vines, of predominately of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Every detail was meticulously thought out and in turn, captured the interest of Napa Valley's top winemakers.

Forward and delicious, this offers waves of blackberries, cherries, currants, anise and cedar that are wrapped in firm yet supple tannins. Drink now–2016.
The blockbuster 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Seraphim reveals finesse and elegance as well as substance and concentration. The dense purple color is followed by blueberry, blackberry and cassis fruit, stunning richness and a long finish with well-integrated tannin, wood and acidity. Enjoy this profound Cabernet over the next 15-20 years.
The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Seraphim has come together nicely. A host of graphite, crushed rocks, mint and slate back up a core of dark fruit. This is an especially inky, fruit-driven Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
