2022 Wallis Diamond Terrace Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

A true Earth Mother, speaking to soil, graphite, tobacco, and warm sunshine. Rich boysenberry back notes peek through, washed with espresso and walnut. It’s at mid-point that jasmine blooms, black raspberry ripens, and vanilla cedar offers itself up for an elegant finale.

Medium dusty garnet color. Aromas of blackberry and boysenberry, chocolate covered marshmallow, Frango mints, and cigar box with a full body and a long blackberry, vanilla, black cherry, and mint chocolate finish. Beautiful ripe fruit with decadent oak and a hint of minty and herbal freshness; big and bold for a special night now, but very curious to try this after some years in cellar.
