On June 18th 2012 Wallis Estate 2010 wines were bottled at Black Sears in Angwin California. Thankfully we weren’t dieing of heat as we had some nice winds and a cooler climate for this day in summer. The bottling went very smoothly and everyone was very helpful. We are very thanksful for the Black Sears crew and all they do. Jamee Wallis showed up for a good portion of the day watching as over 12,490 bottles were put onto the bottling truck and filled with the rare diamond mountain fruit to be corked and foiled and sealed up in boxes and sent to the warehouse awaiting their release. Marilyn and Edward Wallis also showed up to participate in the bottling process on this lovely summers day.
Please see pictures attatched as these were taken as the 2010 wine was bottled.
